The Eternity Cure is coming out later this month, as you well know... so The Immortal Rules is essential for getting Allison's perspective on non-living and who tortured Kanin is and why he must be saved, etc. This series is not for the squeamish. There's lots of blood. And torture. And rabids, nasty things.
