In My Mailbox - Yay! for Shannon Hale!!

This week an exciting package arrived delivering a well-padded version of my order... a signed copy of Forest Born from The King's English Bookshop.

All of the Bayern books are fast, fun reads. The Goose Girl is my favorite, I think, because of Ani's shy character. I really enjoyed Forest Born, as well, although the gift of People-Speak is downright scary!!  (I think I am gifted with the opposite.)

Since I'm writing my hiney off for NaNoWriMo in November... I thought ordering a book that needs to be on my shelf was a good idea. I suppose my "current read" is currently titled "Metallic Blue 5512".
