Q: What is the best book you've read in the last month? What is the worst book you've read in the last month?
I think the best book I read recently was Legend, which I just reviewed Thurs morning. It was so fun and so fast and had so many things I really enjoyed... I just don't think I've rated a book a 5 for at least a month!! Embrace would be the close second.
For worst... I have to say Eden's Root and there's a good story there. I like the idea of the story a lot, but it really doesn't feel finished to me. I knew I was going to rate it low, so I emailed the author and gave her the option of doing a guest post instead of posting my review. (I know, nice, right?!) And she told me to post my review, even though I was rating it low... and ever since we've been emailing back and forth about writing and food and I made a friend. So... I almost like Rachel Fisher's book better, for knowing the writer behind the book. How cool is that?!?!
