Saturday Snapshot - Roadster Show

Saturday Snapshot is fun!!!  We share our own pictures... hosted by Alyce @ At Home With Books...

We do car shows in our family. We collect all the flyers to all the different shows (multiple every weekend all summer long), which everyone starts putting out in time for the Roadster Show.

The car show we help out with is in August: The Abundant Life Cruise-In. I get lots of fun stuff donated for the raffle & Cool, Man heads up the judging team. It's a lot of volunteer hours doing something super fun.

I thought I'd share some pictures from last weekend. This is my "other" life!!!  :-D

The kids learned some air-brushing & pin-striping:

  1. Those cars are gorgeous! My older sis and my parents love car shows of all sorts. I just like them when they're pretty and shiny like the ones you featured here. :)

  5. Hmm, that black one looks a bit ominous. Wouldn't like to see it coming my way on Halloween Night! Would be good in a Stephen King movie.

    1. Yea... but "paint" attracts kids, but "pin-striping" attracts big boys who don't like to "paint". My kids had to wait in lines behind grown-up kids tryin' it out. It wasn't exactly a kids area, but that just challenged my kids to wriggle in there more often!! Lol.
